WHAT'S ON OFFER

  • Attractive salary of $120,000 – $150,000+ based on skills and experience [with the ability to earn more as you grow your client base].
  • We understand that life happens, so we offer 30-40 hours per week tailored to your schedule [we’re happy to accommodate your desired hours].
  • Enjoy the freedom to work remotely from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most productive. We’re a fully virtual team, connecting talent from all corners of Australia.
  • With a focus on working with up to 20 clients, you can dive deep into each business, providing personalised and impactful coaching without the burnout of juggling too many clients. That’s 1 hour meetings each fortnight with ad hock call / email support in between i.e. roughly 10 hours of meetings p/week.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will be responsible for working 1:1 with up to 20 trade and construction business owners turning anywhere from $1M to $20M+ in annual sales.

Working to deliver a world-class coaching experience to help our clients grow their profits, build better businesses, and achieve their goals.

Each client will meet with you 1:1 virtually for an hour each fortnight with the ability to email and call in between meetings if they have questions or additional help is needed.

10 meetings a week (2 per day average) will allow you to provide MASSIVE value rather than a group coaching setting, working with too many clients to have real impact.

When you’re not coaching you will be working with the advisory team to develop and refine coaching resources, tools, and winning templates to help our clients improve their pricing, marketing, sales, hiring, operations, and teams much faster.

To deliver this service you will need to be confident in helping clients scaling their business, marketing, sales, pricing, cash flow, financials, hiring, systems, and mindset.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in business [small to medium enterprises or corporate settings]. Experience in trade and construction is a must, with extra value placed on those who have owned and operated their own businesses.
  • Proven track record of successful business coaching and consulting. Being excellent at coaching in both soft/people skills and in hard/business skills.
  • Experienced with conducting coaching sessions through digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Tech-savvy, comfortable with virtual tools, and ready to embrace new technologies to enhance the coaching experience.
  • Ability to understand a client’s pain, challenges and frustrations and provide tailored solutions using our playbooks of methodologies to overcome their road blocks [also ability to identify the biggest and TRUE constraint in a business].
  • Skilled in structuring coaching sessions to achieve clear and actionable outcomes.
  • Strong financial literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with high emotional intelligence. It’s important that you can quickly establish connections and build rapport with clients – as well as built trust.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a results-driven mindset and a strong sense of task/role ownership.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and encourage clients to take decisive action.
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service, with a client-first approach.
  • Highly organised and systematic, with a strong service-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritise tasks and execute plans with attention to detail.
  • A lifelong learner, eager to continually improve through reading, listening to podcasts, and staying updated with business trends.
  • Brings energy, positivity, and a proactive attitude to every workday.
